1 - Personal Data

By "data," HARDLOOP means all information concerning the User provided voluntarily during the creation of a User account or collected during use of the Website.
HARDLOOP collects personal data of clients visiting www.hardloop.co.uk & en.hardloop.ch & www.hardloop.ie, notably through cookies as per applicable laws.
This data is collected when:

- Usage data (automatically collected) during connection, including IP address and additional shared information, such as gender, date of birth, addresses, biography, interests, and any other details found in “Your Hardloop”.
1.2. Purpose of Data Processing
Data processing serves to create and manage User accounts and improve service functionalities. With explicit consent, data may be used for marketing purposes.
1.2.1. Purposes of registration data processing

This data is necessary to create and manage the User's account and to enable them to benefit from the Website's functionalities. Where applicable, and with the User's consent expressed by ticking the boxes provided for this purpose, this data may be used by HARDLOOP for commercial marketing purposes.
You may occasionally receive a limited number of personalized product recommendations, surveys, reminder emails if you have left items in your shopping cart without logging out, or requests to review a product, whether or not you are subscribed to a newsletter. In accordance with legal provisions, we prioritize the use of data from your previous orders to offer you these individual recommendations.

HARDLOOP does not use your email address or any other information that could personally identify a User without their consent. However, the User is informed that upon the deactivation of their account for any reason whatsoever, the data and its associated content will be retained for a period of one year from the date of deactivation. Beyond this duration, the data and its associated content will be deleted from the Website's servers.
1.6. User Rights
In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and the French Data Protection Act), HARDLOOP ensures the effective exercise of legal rights for individuals whose data is processed, namely:
- The right of access to their own personal data processed by HARDLOOP,

2 - Cookies
The www.hardloop.co.uk, www.hardloop.ie and www.hardloop.ch websites use cookies. The data collected (i.e., pages visited, type of browser used, time and date of browsing, advertisements clicked by the User) through this automated tracking process is anonymous and is used solely by HARDLOOP for the purpose of improving the quality of the Website (for example, to improve your search results or to personalize the advertising provided to you).

3 - Privacy Policy
Each User has a username and has the opportunity—by completing their profile via "Your Hardloop" and "Edit my public profile", or by adding at least one of the following elements: review, post (forum), comment, photo, or video, or by following another User's profile—to participate in the community section of the site and thus make their community profile public. This profile can be viewed under "Your Hardloop" / "View your public profile" and modified under "Your Hardloop" / "Edit your public profile".
Each User is also informed that their data may be used by HARDLOOP to suggest following and/or being followed by other Users, selected based on said data. This data is not shared with the Users concerned, independently of what is accessible via the public profile, and is therefore used exclusively by HARDLOOP for this purpose. Each User accepts this use of their data.
