When the trails call you but your feet crave comfort, the Hanwag Klarsby Low Bunion Lady GTX is ready to step up. These low-cut walking shoes have been specially designed for women suffering from Hallux Valgus (or bunions), one of the most common foot disorders.

Thanks to its unique Bunion fit, it offers increased space around the big toe joint and the forefoot. This helps relieve sensitive areas and reduces friction, often responsible for pain. Its raised toe box allows each toe to find its natural place, even when the big toe is deviated inward.

The Hanwag Endurance Hike Bunion sole, specially adapted to this shape, ensures stability and comfort with its widened support surface and highly cushioning PU midsole. At the front, a stiffer zone limits the range of joint movement to reduce pressure on the base of the big toe—and thus, pain.

Thought out to the last detail, this shoe avoids any seams on the inner forefoot—including under the protective band—to prevent pressure points. The ghillie lacing, flexible and precise, adjusts easily and follows the natural movement of the foot thanks to its textile loops. Finally, targeted padding between the outer leather and the lining completes the comfort, even on technical terrain.
