Thule
Thule: since 1942 serving adventurers
The story of the Thule brand began in Sweden in 1942 in Hillerstorp. It is in this environment amidst the forests of Småland that the brand decided to settle. It was only 20 years later, in 1962, that Thule launched its first roof bars, allowing outdoor enthusiasts to transport their gear. In 1968, the brand's first roof box, the Thule Classic, was born, quickly becoming a must-have for travellers. Shortly after, in 1977, the first Thule roof box was introduced, making it easy to transport ski equipment to the resorts. Over the years, numerous innovations have expanded the Thule product range, including bike racks that allow cycling enthusiasts to travel to their holiday destinations with their favourite bikes, discovering the majesty of the Alpine or Pyrenean passes. The Thule child bike seats, which attach to the back of the bike, also enable families to enjoy nature and its vast spaces together, introducing the youngest to the wonders of the outdoors. Thule was founded with a simple goal: to provide innovative and practical solutions for all adventurers, regardless of their preferred activities, so they can explore new playgrounds with ease.
Thule: products designed for adventure and wide open spaces
Drawing its origins from the Swedish forests and vast landscapes, it is only natural to see Thule offering products for adventure in the great outdoors.
Cyclists, hikers, and skiers find their happiness among the various product ranges of the brand. While Thule is primarily known for its roof bars, bike racks, and travel gear, the hiking backpacks from the brand have quickly established themselves as essential products for trekking and hiking enthusiasts. Very practical and suited for long hikes, these products accommodate your gear and allow you to transport it easily. It will thus be easy to slip your camping stove into the bottom of your bag to cook in the middle of Beaufortain after a long day of walking.
