Mountain Equipment
Mountain Equipment: serving adventurers since 1961
Since the establishment of Mountain Equipment in 1961, the brand has been involved in countless ascents of the world's highest peaks, supporting climbers by establishing ever more adventurous routes and equipping record-breaking journeys to the North and South Poles. Mountain Equipment has been manufacturing equipment for the most inhospitable places on the planet for over 50 years. The brand strives to pass on this expertise through its gear, particularly by designing the most reliable products possible.
It is not Mountain Equipment's job to tell people why they go to wild places and mountains. Mountain Equipment's job is to make the best equipment in the world. The Mountain Equipment clothing is a perfect illustration of this and equips many outdoor enthusiasts. From jackets for men to face the cold on a Himalayan peak to a jacket for women to stay dry during the Tour Du Queyras, the Mountain Equipment range is varied enough to satisfy all adventurers, even the most demanding.
Mountain Equipment: technical products designed for the mountains and the great outdoors
Renowned for its technical products, Mountain Equipment is globally recognized on the highest peaks of the planet and on the most technical long-distance hiking trails. Many of Mountain Equipment's products have participated in the ascent of the world's highest peaks or in multi-week treks on the planet's trekking trails. The brand is famous for its Mountain Equipment down jackets, Mountain Equipment sleeping bags, and Mountain Equipment backpacks that accompany many climbers on the highest peaks worldwide.
To face the rain during your Tour du Mont-Blanc or to protect yourself from gusts during the GR20 crossing, Mountain Equipment jackets will be the ideal protection. Finally, for a restorative night after a tough day of walking, a Mountain Equipment sleeping mat will make you feel at home thanks to its great comfort.
