Evoc
Evoc: From Austria to Hong Kong
Evoc was born out of an avalanche. In 1999, while the brand's inventors were in the midst of a snowboarding shoot, an avalanche caught the small group by surprise. Fortunately, no one was swept away by the snow slide, but Holger Feis, the product designer, was injured by the shovel in his bag during the fall. An accident that could have easily been avoided with protection on the back flank, the small team quickly deduced. From Austria to over fifty different countries in 20 years, the early Evoc team scoured the market's products without ever finding the rare gem that met their needs. The return from Tibet in 2000 was a crucial step in the brand's creation. They decided that the best way to meet their needs was to design their own products. Thus, Holger and his friends began sketching and prototyping to create the perfect equipment. After a successful first backpack with back protection, Evoc was born. Adventurers at heart, Evoc's explorers wanted to expand the brand into cycling to avoid limitations in their travels. This is how, in 2008, sales gradually took off with a first order from Mr. Lee, manager of a cycling shop in Hong Kong, followed by many others! Evoc means evolution and high-quality design, a phrase that endures and is still felt today in all their products.
Evoc: Quality Travel and Equipment
Evoc is much more than just an outdoor equipment brand. Before reaching where they are today, the creators of Evoc travelled the world in search of the best trails and ski slopes. Not to mention the thousands of kilometres covered! It’s only natural that even today, Evoc products respond well to the terrain and challenges faced by all adventurers, whether they prefer the extreme cold or steep sunny slopes. From MTB shorts to women's cycling shorts, the Evoc range offers everything a sports enthusiast could dream of! Whether you prefer cycling, snow, or simply enjoying the scenery through photography, Evoc has the bag that suits you. Over the years, they have partnered with the best technologies in breathability and durability, with Evoc primarily seeking to offer the best to its users. Concerned about the effectiveness of its products and the protection they offer, the brand also provides free repairs for the back protection of its bags in case of a fall.
