Presentation

Stéphane Tourreau grew up between lakes and mountains on the shores of Lake Geneva, where wild nature shaped his need for freedom at an early age. It was in Corsica, at the age of 10, that he first discovered freediving. This world of silence and depth was a true revelation, quickly becoming much more than a sport: a genuine journey of self-exploration.

A member of the French National Team since 2011, Stéphane has established himself among the world's elite in the discipline. As a world vice-champion in constant weight, he reached a historic new milestone in 2025 by setting the French record with an incredible dive to -141 meters, demonstrating remarkable mastery and immense mental strength.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Stéphane now shares his experience through keynote speeches and workshops. He teaches the fundamentals of breathing, stress management, and focus, using an approach centered on mindfulness and balance. Deeply committed to water preservation, his practice is rooted in a respectful and conscious relationship with the environment.

Through his journey and vision, Stéphane embodies a different approach to performance, one that is more internal and deeply connected. We are proud to support him on this adventure.
