The visor keeps up with changing light
From bright sunshine to a shaded section, the Horizon V MAG MIPS visor ski helmet from Uvex automatically adjusts the tint of its variomatic® lens, from category 1 to 3.
Its hybrid construction combines a hard ABS shell and an EPS liner to absorb impacts. The Mips® system allows a slight internal movement during certain angled impacts, helping to reduce rotational forces transmitted to the head. The magnetic lens can be swapped out quickly, and its supravision® coating helps prevent fogging.
On the slopes, the visor can also be worn over prescription glasses. The uvex 360° IAS adjustment system fine-tunes the fit all around the head, while the adjustable ventilation lets you regulate airflow depending on your effort and the cold.
